While translation isn’t the most physically demanding task, it does regularly create one physical problem – headaches. I’m pretty sure the source of the problem is the back of my neck aggravated by the fact that I spend faaar tooo much time sitting in the same position without moving. A bad headache at the same time as a heavy workload creates a real problem. Painkillers work, but I get tired and lose concentration easily.
Something else I need to do something about.
